PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE SCHEDULE
0 - 9 Properties: 5% of gross rent
10-19 Properties: 4% of gross rent
20+ Properties: 3% of gross rent
*Collect rents
*Make all efforts to collect from delinquent renters
*Make court appearances on evictions
*Answer all maintenance calls
**All normal monthly bills and expenses paid by property
owner go directly to owner
**We do not require reserves
EMPTY PROPERTIES
*Make ready at normal hourly charges ($25 per hour)
*Show property to prospective tenant
*Run credit / criminal checks on all applicants
*Report to credit bureau on any money owed
*Locator fee: ½ months rent
MAINTENANCE
*First hour labor charged at $15 for any accounts in
which we manage the property.
*All additional hours charged at our normal rate of
$25 per hour. Bill at ½ hour intervals
*Additional man charged at $15 per hour if job requires
more than one person starting first hour
*We will make calls to technicians and meet them.
